WORKPLACE WELLNESS
Research has shown that some of the benefits of quality workplace wellness programs include increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, improved workplace satisfaction, and decreased healthcare costs.
At Axon Health, we've designed a few different options to fit the needs of your business - no matter the size of your business. See below for our different options

Group Plan
Recommended for 2-9 employees
The group plan is the same structure as our family plan. It brings the price of treatment down per person. In other words, the price may change per person depending on the number of employees wanting to be treated that day.
Initial Exams:
2 people: $115/person
3 people: $110/person
4-9 people: $105/person
Treatment Visits:
2 people: $65/person
3 people: $60/person
4-9 people: $55/person
Other features of this plan include:
-
No contract - discontinue care at any time
-
Variable frequency of visits (most employers operate on a monthly basis, but can be more frequent if you prefer)
-
Health lecture add-ons: $150/lecture
Corporate Plan
Recommended for 10+ employees
Once you have more than 10 employees, it becomes more cost-effective to switch to our corporate plan. However, you can still choose this plan if you have less than 10 employees. The pricing becomes a flat rate based on time. Initial exams take longer and are based on 6-hour slots. Regular treatment visits are based on 4-hour slots.
Initial Exams:
First 6 hours: $750
Additional 6 hour slots: $600
Treatment Visits:
Initial 4 hours: $500
Additional 4-hour slots: $500
Other features of this plan include:
-
4-month contract
-
Visits once per month
-
Includes one health lecture per 4-month contract
-
Additional health lectures within 4-month period: $150
Please note: corporate treatment visits are meant to be on a maintenance basis. Meaning, if an employee has a more complex complaint requiring more frequent visits, it will be recommended that they undergo a treatment plan outside of the corporate plan to care for their complaint.
